Education, training and getting started in a career. Training providers, education institutions and employers who take on apprentices work under conditions you have to understand. Funding rules, reporting duties, tight budgets, and users who get no introduction to the software they are handed. On top of that comes professional development: planning courses, running them, evidencing them.
Leisure and sport. Sailing, diving, golf. Demanding users, and software that often falls short of what they expect. Here too it usually comes down to training. Anyone who wants to improve needs feedback that holds up.
Training is what connects the two industries. Whether someone is being qualified for a job or working on their swing, the question stays the same: what is the next sensible step, and how do you measure progress? We run our own products in both industries, so we know the requirements from live operation.

The leisure side is growing. We build apps with AI features for watersports, golf and active travel, plus performance apparel for use in and around the water. leemate and soggylife are the start, golf training is in development.
New products come out of practice here. Whatever holds up in daily use gets taken further.
